attorney at law
About:
Isaac Safier Esq.
Isaac started his legal career in 2009 as an associate at the international law firm Chadbourne & Parke, LLP at their New York City headquarters. He worked in various practice areas, including corporate law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Isaac also spent some time at Chadbourne's Moscow office in Russia, where he worked in Russian corporate initial public offerings and mergers. While at Chadbourne Isaac focused on transactional law but also took on pro-bono litigation cases during which he was mentored by world-famous litigators. While in Law School at Fordham University, he volunteered for Amnesty International and an eviction defense clinic.
Prior to law school, Isaac was a Real Estate acquisitions analyst for Target and assisted in a high volume of land and property purchases following the divestiture of Marshall Field's stores. He reported directly to a senior executive, a former attorney, who reported directly to the vice president of the company. His primary role was assistance with the acquisition of parcels in Southern California. In addition, he worked on a team responsible for out-parcel sales to Starbucks cafes. By working with brokers, developers, city officials and outside legal counsel, Isaac developed a deep understanding of the processes of commercial real estate acquisition, sale and leasing.
Isaac is a member of the New York, California and the Federal bars and received his BS with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and his JD from Fordham University in 2008.
Isaac is currently in-house counsel at a real estate private equity firm specializing in San Francisco multi-family real estate and represents individual clients through his position as of-counsel at the Law Office of Rebecca Feigelson.
